When comparing fats for cooking and consumption. remember; all fats are not created equal. Conjugated Linoleic Acid or (CLA) is an omega-6 fatty acid (naturally occurring trans fat) found primarily in Beef and Dairy. • Pemmican bars with sea salt are ok for weekend camping trip without refrigeration
• Keep in mind the label recommends to keep frozen for best practice
