The 72% Tanzania Dark Chocolate Bar has a slightly higher cocoa content than 70% San Jose Del Tambo Chocolate Bar and has a smooth. rich chocolate flavor. The cocoa originates from small farms in Tenende. Tanzania. The farmers are not certified organic. but all of the cocoa plants are raised organically. All of the bars start with raw cocoa beans that have not been through the dutching process.

They handcraft this single origin 72% dark chocolate (69% cocoa liquor and 3% cocoa butter. pressed in their factory) with cocoa beans they source directly from farmers in Mababu. Tanzania plus 28% organic cane sugar??that’s it.

This fruity chocolate is Certified Kosher D.E.. vegan. and gluten free.
